  1. 1Put the guide at eye level. Prop the phone so the amber band sits level with the lens — your eyes stop travelling and it reads as eye contact.

  3. 3On glass, mirror first, then check. Flip Mirror mode on and confirm the text reads correctly in the reflection before you record.
